Terms of Service

NovaLite · Operated by Zerdium · Effective: 27 July 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the NovaLite platform (the “Service”), a remote support, administration, and device-management solution provided by Zerdium (“we”, “us”, or “Operator”). By signing in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

NovaLite is intended for legitimate remote assistance, IT administration, and authorized device management (similar in purpose to commercial remote-support tools). You must only connect to systems you own or are expressly authorized to manage.

1. The Service

The Service provides a secure web console and companion software (“Agent”) that enable authorized operators to view and manage enrolled devices, including remote desktop, file transfer, diagnostics, and related administrative features. Features available to you depend on your role and the permissions granted by the account administrator.

NovaLite is offered as a free service by Zerdium. Access to the platform is not sold by the Operator as a paid subscription for core use of this instance, unless we clearly announce otherwise. Free access may still be limited by capacity, security controls, or abuse policies.

2. Invite system

Registration and access are controlled by an invite system. New users may join only with a valid invitation key or approval from an authorized account holder, as configured by the Operator.

  • Existing members may share invites freely — including giving them away at no cost, or transferring them in exchange for payment or other consideration between private parties.
  • Any sale, trade, or gift of invites is a private arrangement between those parties. Zerdium is not a party to those transactions, does not process payments for invites, and is not responsible for refunds, disputes, fraud, or delivery of invites between users.
  • We do not guarantee that a purchased or gifted invite will remain valid indefinitely; keys may expire, be revoked for abuse, or be limited by Operator policy.
  • Reselling or redistributing invites must still comply with these Terms and applicable law. You must not use invites to facilitate unauthorized access, scams, or unlawful activity.

3. Eligibility and accounts

  • Access is limited to authorized users (invite-only or as configured by the Operator).
  • You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account, including multi-factor authentication where enabled.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for security, abuse, or breach of these Terms, including misuse of the invite system.

4. Authorization and acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only on devices and networks for which you have valid authorization. You must not:

  • Use the Service to access systems without the owner’s informed consent or other lawful authority;
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or disrupt the Service, edge networks, or other customers;
  • Distribute malware, engage in fraud, or violate export, privacy, or computer-misuse laws;
  • Misrepresent the nature of the Service or use it to harass, exploit, or harm others;
  • Circumvent rate limits, security controls, enrollment approvals, or access restrictions.

You are solely responsible for obtaining any consents, notices, or legal bases required in your jurisdiction before installing Agents or initiating remote sessions.

5. Software and builds

Operators may generate device packages (Agents) for enrollment. You may only deploy packages on systems you are authorized to manage. You must not reverse-engineer the Service except where such restriction is prohibited by law. Packaging and delivery options (including optional packaging components) are provided for operational convenience and do not change your obligations under these Terms.

6. Infrastructure and third parties

The Service may be delivered through content delivery networks, reverse proxies, DNS, and security providers (for example, Cloudflare) for performance, TLS termination, and abuse protection. Your use may also depend on network conditions between the console, the Operator infrastructure, and enrolled devices. We are not responsible for outages or policies of third-party networks beyond our reasonable control.

7. Data and privacy

How we process personal and operational data is described in our Privacy Policy. Session content (for example remote desktop streams) is processed to provide the features you request and is handled as described there.

8. Availability and support

We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, DDoS mitigation, or upstream provider issues may temporarily affect access. Support channels, if offered, are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis.

9. Intellectual property & proprietary license

The Service, branding, documentation, and software are provided under a proprietary license. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use this hosted instance as configured for your account. You do not acquire ownership of the platform or related IP.

Portions of the product are based on software originally published on GitHub. This deployment and its modifications are governed by the proprietary Software License for this instance. For licensing details, source discussions, or commercial arrangements, contact @NagiOnTop on Telegram.

10. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that remote sessions will meet specific latency, quality, or uptime targets.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zerdium and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from use of or inability to use the Service, or from any private sale or gift of invites between users. Aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) fees paid directly to us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim (if any), or (b) one hundred euros (€100). Amounts paid between users for invites are not fees paid to Zerdium.

12. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Zerdium against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, unauthorized device access, violation of law, or breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Operator’s place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer or local law provides otherwise. Courts of competent jurisdiction at that place shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory venues where required.
